Mouth Party is committed to giving a portion of the profit to a variety of cancer research organizations and cancer support services. We have selected a few local organizations to be our first recipients, and we welcome suggestions of other worthy organizations that are meaningful to you. We intend to give this year to the following organizations:

The Sidney Kimmel Comprehensive Cancer Center at The Johns Hopkins Hospital is dedicated to better understanding human cancers and finding more effective treatments. It is one of only 39 cancer centers in the country designated by the National Cancer Institute as a Comprehensive Cancer Center.The Sidney Kimmel Cancer Center has active programs in clinical research, laboratory research, education, community outreach, and prevention and control.

HopeWell Cancer Support is a non-profit organization founded in 1993 that is dedicated to providing a nurturing and supportive environment for cancer patients and their families and friends to come for the latest information and support services. The organization provides 75 different programs free of charge to its participants. These programs include support groups, networking groups, educational workshops, stress reduction classes, and many more.

Team Fundraising Goals for Mouth Party
We come together as a team a few times a year to show our commitment and support for the fight against cancer. Last year we raised a combined $3,000 for several cancer related causes. So put on your shoes and a Mouth Party t-shirt and join us for any of the following events in 2011:
Maryland Half Marathon, May 15th, 2011, benefiting the University of Maryland Marlene and Stewart Greenebaum Cancer Center
19th Annual Komen Maryland Race for the Cure in Hunt Valley, Maryland, October 23rd, 2011, benefiting the Susan G. Komen Foundation
Light the Night, benefiting the Leukemia and Lymphomia society
As each event draws nearer, we will post the specifics and how to join our team to help raise money for a very worthy cause.
Fundraising Opportunities
Our commitment to giving extends beyond our own efforts. We hope to facilitate fundraising for efforts for schools, churches, hospitals, and other organizations. Our products can be sold at cost to these institutions and they in turn can sell them at retail cost. The difference in cost can go directly to the cause of their choice.
